The Moneyham Model

Based on a foundation of neurolinguistic programming, the Moneyham Model is a unique, solutions oriented approach to problem solving and change management. Through the use of several techniques, we will explore challenges through various lenses, helping you to identify and understand your internal locus of control. This reflectiveness will allow you to step back from the problem and examine all relevant factors, establishing the barriers between you and your goal. As your coach, I will be there to provide feedback and direction as you strengthen your leadership skills and navigate this portion of your journey. As your self awareness increases, your mindset will shift and you will gravitate towards your natural gifts, and how they manifest. During times of transition, you will be able to rely on this playbook, and this will lead you to protecting your peace, activating your power, and shining bright like a diamond.
